Every year I set goals for myself to lose weight. I’d love to be back down to the size I was in high school!
My problem with losing weight is I have a major sweet tooth! That’s my biggest temptation! So while on Weight Watchers I like to find dessert options that don’t use up ALL of my points! This is one of my favorite sweets that I turn to when following the Weight Watchers plan. Its super easy and extremely low points and the best thing is it tastes like peanut butter pie, minus the crust.
Peanut Butter Dessert
1 small container Fat Free Cool Whip (WW Points+ 0)
1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter (WW Points+ 2)
Allow your Cool Whip to thaw slightly. Mix in 1 Tablespoons Peanut Butter and that’s it! How easy can you get?
This can be kept in the refrigerator or in the freezer for a peanut butter dessert frozen treat. You could even put the mixture into ice trays and freeze them so that you have small servings of peanut butter “ice cream”.
