Talk about “shop-a-thon” Saturday! I really shouldn’t complain about having a busy day- I brought I my on myself- but I don’t remember when weekends became non-stop. I also don’t remember being this tired all the time, ever!
(I can’t just shop at one grocery store, I have to go to the ones with the best deals!)
Once Upon A Child (RL, Kenneth Cole, and Tommy for Boo Boo Bear)
Plato’s Closet (I scored two Lilly Pulitzer sweaters for $39!)
Clothes Mentor (A RL sweater and RL Khakis for $22.)
Sally Beauty Supply (Got to have my Kenra generic hairspray, and had to renew my Sally Beauty Club Card. Best five bucks I’ve spent all year!)
TJ Maxx (I needed shower curtain hooks.)
Just looking at that list makes me want to close my eyes and sleep! Tomorrow is going to be spent doing the normal boring weekend chores: cooking for the week, laundry, cleaning. Groundhog day, every day! I’m beginning to feel stuck in a rut.
I started the Paleo Challenge to change my life. It has! I have dropped two pant sizes, and am hoping to lose two more by Easter. That is for sure a positive! The crock pot challenge was to help me to not be stuck cooking all weekend. That one is not going so well. Nothing on that plane is changing, so it’s time to do something different. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. I’ve been living these changes a couple weeks now with no new results, so now is the time to realize I need to revise what I’m doing.
I’ll let you know when I come up with a good solution. (I need to muster up the energy to eventually go on a date.)
Until then, all of this shopping has worn me down and I must lay down my weary head It is my hope that you are having a more exciting night than I am!
