Corbin, Kentucky residents there’s a new pizzeria in town! I recently had the opportunity to visit the new Brooklyn Brothers Pizzeria in Corbin, Kentucky and I was very impressed! Brooklyn Brothers Pizzeria recently opened on Cumberland Falls Highway, right off Interstate 75 at exit 25.
Upon entering the building I was impressed with the interior. The renovations to the inside are beautiful and you can see into the kitchen and watch your pizza being made.
We were quickly seated and our server came to our table quickly to take our drink and appetizer orders. For an appetizer we ordered the garlic knots. The 6 garlic knots were warm doughy knots served with marinara sauce. I have to say the marinara sauce is much better than the sauce served at other local Italian restaurants. Our appetizer arrived quickly and was delicious.
The specialty pizzas that night were the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and the Chicken Milano Pizza. We selected the Chicken Milano Pizza and asked for fresh Basil to be added to the pizza. The kitchen staff were great at accommodating our request.
They say we eat with our eyes first and that was true with this pizza. When the pizza was placed on our table it looked so good and smelled good too!
And tasted great!
The huge slices of pizza, loaded with cheese, chicken, bacon, and fresh basil were so good! This was definitely one of the best pizzas that I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was huge and could easily serve 3 to 4 adults.
I had been told by several people, prior to our visit, that the prices were high at Brooklyn Brothers Pizzeria. Our total for drinks, appetizer, and pizza was $25.06. In my opinion that’s a fair price for a dinner out for 2 people. We could have went to other local restaurants and our bill easily been that much or higher.
Overall I was very pleased with our visit to Brooklyn Brothers Pizzeria and plan to return soon. I can’t wait to try out some of their pasta dishes. You can check out their menu on their website. Also be sure to visit them on Facebook and Instagram. Be sure to tell them you read about their restaurant at Kentucky at Heart!
