Today I attended a Pampered Chef party and remembered my deep dish cooker stone I purchased a few years ago. I was inspired to make a quick and simple dinner (I’m fresh out of OAMC meals!)
Three pounds of raw chicken tenders needed to be cooked. I threw those in the cooker with a couple onions, cooked at 400 degrees for one hour, a side of green beans, and dinner was done!
That was the quick choice for tonight! Paleo, almost no prep time, and delicious with some salt and pepper.
