Confession: I was completely mentally ready to begin my Paleo challenge in the middle of this week.
However…I didn’t realize my refrigerator was not ready!
One of the biggest problems I have is lack of time. Weekends allot for me to go to the grocery, do somewhat of a once a week cooking plan, run errands, complete chores, get quality time in with my kids, et cetera. This weekend, getting the fridge ready (combined with QT kid time) is the focus.
What is in my shopping list?
Very basic menu this week. I have a few recipe ideas but this week I’ll be training my sweet tooth. It gets the best of me!
