The last three days have been a struggle, but as with all new lifestyle changes, I accept the challenge!
Today will be a food prep day and will cook most of tomorrow. Prepare ahead meals are a lot bigger of a job than I originally anticipated! Im learning though, thanks to Once A Month Mom and her tips and tricks. The site’s daily email newsletter is great, and thanks to the Paleo menu plan, my life has gotten a little simpler. I will share tomorrow or later this evening my meals I’m preparing for next week (some Once A Month Mom and some recipes of my own!)
Next week will be better. With any new program, there is an adjustment period. With my life being so crazy, planning ahead these meals helps, so I would highly recommend planning and cooking ahead if your life allows!
Feeling the Difference
Onward to day 7 of my Paleo adventure. I can already tell a difference in my energy level. Ridding the diet of grains and dairy makes a huge difference. If you don’t believe me, try it for a week. I can tell a difference in my baby already as well (gross- but he’s having an easier time passing stool already. I’m a breast feeding momma.)
