To expand on the salted coconut I made about an hour ago, I just made a chocolate mug cake, and added in the coconut!
3 Tablespoons Almond Meal (next time I’ll use Coconut flour.)
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
And a heap of the salted coconut that was made.
Microwave for two minutes.
One mug was split between my daughter and myself. Pretty darn good!
