Back to the basics.
Today, I weigh 128.8 pounds. It may not sound too heavy, but the weight I carry is around the midsection, which is the most unhealthy place on a woman’s body to carry weight. The risk for heart related problems is directly linked to fat stored in this area. (If anyone wants to m debate I can pull out all sorts of peer reviewed research on this, I just don’t feel like citing right now.) No particular “goal weight,” per se, I just want to rid my body of this health risk.
