I admit I have been bad this week. I could blame it on a lot of things: being busy, that time of month, the weather, but the simple fact is I was bad! I have not had a good Weight Watchers week and I know I will probably see the effects of it when I step on the scales on Sunday.
The good news is that I did join the gym today! Tomorrow I will be at the gym to begin to kick this weight loss journey up a notch. Bathing suit weather is coming up soon and I need to step it up!
