So far week 2 is going great. Each day so far I have been under or right on target for my daily allotted points. Thankfully the weather was nice the last couple of days and I was able to get out and walk in my neighborhood. I also did some major cleaning tonight which I know burned a lot of calories….at least I’m telling myself that it did!
I have been focusing on eating a lot of vegetables and really limiting my carb intake. I’m hoping to see a big difference on the scales like last week. Losing seven pounds the first week was a big loss so I am not expecting as big of a number this week but I would like to see myself lose at least 4 pounds.. I’m beginning to sound like I’m a contestant on The Biggest Loser!
I did have a friend tell me tonight that my jeans looked baggy on me. That’s a great sign that I’m on the right track, especially when someone else notices the difference!
