It’s been awhile since I posted an update on my weight loss progress. I have to admit I haven’t been following the Weight Watchers program much. I am not counting points. I just try to make healthy choices and keep things balanced. If I eat a “bad” meal for lunch I make a better choice for dinner.
I have been going to the gym and on the days I haven’t been to the gym I am usually walking in my neighborhood in the evenings.
Today I got on the scale and found I have lost 11 pounds in the last couple of weeks. I knew I was having trouble keeping my pants up but I didn’t realize I had lost that much!
I have a goal of about 15 more pounds to lose by the first of June. At this rate I think I can lose that much and then some!
