If you’ve been following us for awhile you know I have been working on getting healthier and losing weight. I followed the Weight Watchers program for quite awhile. Then I quit counting points and just made smarter food choices, lots of lean meats and veggies. I was doing really well for awhile going to the gym and exercising on a regular basis.
Unfortunately I’ve recently had some health problems that has put a damper on my weight loss plans. Its hard to eat a healthy, well balanced diet when the only foods you are able to eat are bland foods like rice and baked potatoes.
And I’ve had to forget about going to the gym. For one I’m totally drained of any energy and two I’m in so much pain that going to the gym would only aggravate the problem.
So for now I just have to be patient until I can see a surgeon and schedule surgery. Hopefully once I’m recuperated I can get back on track.
