Everywhere you turn you see ads for weight loss products, programs, surgeries, and gym memberships but no matter what route you choose the fact is that nothing will work unless you are committed.
What motivates you? Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, lower blood pressure, or just get healthier what is the one thing that motivates you and keeps you on track?
I am following the Weight Watchers program. I had success with WW previously and I know that it’s a plan that works for me. There are several factors that motivate me: the clothes hanging in my closet that I can’t wear, feeling healthier, and preventing diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Even though I have all of these factors that get me moving, there are times that I “fall off the wagon” and get off track.
