I’m sitting here on the last day of January, wondering where the month has gone! It seems like the older I get the faster time flies. This month I turned 35 and I feel like life is flying by. It sure makes you take a moment and wonder if you’re living life to the fullest.
This month marked 3 years that we have been sharing our lives with you. As part of our celebration we hosted a giveaway for a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card. The giveaway ends today and one lucky reader will be receiving a $100 Amazon gift card. We plan to host several more giveaways this year so be sure to check back for your chance to win!
Today I wanted to take a look back at the month of January and see which posts were the most popular among our readers.

This combination of Cool Whip and Peanut Butter is great to satisfy that craving for something sweet without totally blowing your diet.
It looks like many of our readers are walking more and trying to stay active this new year. In this post we’ve shared 20 ways that you can get in 10,000 steps a day. How are you counting steps? We love to use our Fitbit Charge to track our daily steps. Fitbit makes activity tracking easy and automatic. The Fitbit Charge is great because not only does it track our daily steps but it also counts our calories burned and tracks our sleep! I have always been a restless sleeper so my Fitbit helps me to analyze my sleep each night.
