My mind is on desserts lately. Probably has to do with the fact that I’m trying to cut out sweets. But with warmer weather comes picnics, potlucks, and cookouts and I am always asked to bring a dessert. Here is one of my favorites and this recipe makes 2 pies. One to take and one to keep at home!
1 small can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 can condensed milk
1 large carton Cool Whip
2 graham cracker pie crusts
Mix ingredients together and pour into pie crusts.
Let stand several hours in refrigerator before serving.
