Out of one cup almond butter, as much honey as you’d like, an egg, chocolate chips, 1/2 teaspoon each of baking soda and salt. Mix together the egg, almond butter, honey, baking soda and salt. After that is mixed together, add the chocolate chips and mix together well. Spoon the cookie dough onto a baking sheet (I used my Pampered Chef rectangular stone that is well seasoned and did not need to be greased.) Bake until the tops of the cookies have a nice dark brown color. Mine took almost twenty minutes to bake at 350 degrees.
These taste surprisingly just like regular chocolate chip cookies. Yum!
