Update: Since first posting this article way back in 2013 I have found so many other great exercise routines to use my Exercise Stability Ball . My fitness ball has become very useful in the last few weeks. Back in January I had surgery to correct an issue with Plantar Fasciitis that I’ve been dealing with for several years. This surgery left me unable to do traditional exercises, therefore I was depending on my fitness ball to help me exercise and strengthen my core, arms and legs.

This came from Lift Big Eat Big. I don’t do every single exercise everyday. I do focus on abs each day and then usually rotate whether I do arms or legs, every other day.
There are also other exercises that I do with this ball which are not pictured here. A quick search on Google or Pinterest will give you tons of exercise routines to use your Exercise Stability Ball . (Speaking of Pinterest, are you following us? If not, what are you waiting for?)
If you’re looking for Stability Ball exercise routines there are even fitness DVDs of these routines such as the BODYBOUNCE Fitness and Stability Ball Workout DVD, The Firm, Slim & Sculpt Stability Ball Workout, and Exercise Ball Fitness Cards by Stack 52. Swiss Ball Workout Playing Card Game. Video Instructions Included. . On Amazon you can also purchase a Exercise Ball Poster. This poster would be great to hang in your home gym or if you don’t have a home gym, hang it on the back of your bedroom door or closet door!
