This Sunday is Easter but since I have to work I am preparing Easter Dinner, or I guess you could call it Good Friday dinner, tonight. I went to the store today and picked up a ham and some eggs. Actually it’s a Jennie-O Turkey Ham, but I’m just telling my family (i.e. The Picky Eaters) that its ham.
On the menu tonight is:
Homemade Yeast Rolls
Peas (one of the only veggies my picky eater brother will eat)
Steamed Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Squash Medley
And for dessert….Homemade Peach Cobbler.
Now I must go get busy cooking!
