We Apologize in Advance for our Pickiness.
On second thought, no we don’t. Here are the do’s and dont’s of guest posts on Two Chics.
No explicit content. See list in guidelines (on the bottom of this page) of what we are looking for.
Please send us the document in HTML. This means less work for us. If you use headers, make sure your keywords are in the headers. By headers, I’m talking about H2 and H3’s and such. (if you don’t use them on your own blog, you should start! They really help!) This helps the search engines find your post and increases SEO scores. Also attach any images that are part of the post. Indicate to is where they should be placed. The post may be edited for greater clarity, grammar, punctuation. However, carefully edit and proofread your post.
Do not include affiliate links.
Please make your post 400-750 words, but this is not something we are sticklers on. However long your post needs to be to be engaging and get the point across. This is just the average length of the posts on our page.
Posts must be high-quality, original content. Google hates duplicate content and that hurts page ranks, domain authority numbers, Alexa scores, and all the other numbers that bloggers depend on to increase popularity.
We cannot allow you to republish your guest post to your own blog afterward (it’s that duplicate content thing,) but link to it and share it on your blog and social media. We will also be promoting your post and your blog on all of our social media sites several times.
If you would like to submit your guest post for review, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Guest Post” in the subject line.
Make sure you put a link back to your site’s main page in your short bio and a maximum of two back links in the body of your post to your page.
Please include the following:
Attach any images (not required but makes pinning to Pinterest possible, which means higher traffic for you and me!)
A short bio, and a photo of yourself you’d like.
If you would like to submit more than one post and be a “regular” guest poster, let us know! We are always looking for great original content. We look for writers of original recipes, weight watchers , Whole 30, Paleo, diet and exercise, fitness journeys, marriage, dating, kids, vacations, frugal living. Our traffic is increasing by the day, so hopefully your site will benefit from guest posting on ours!
What we are looking for:
Weight Watchers Recipes
Weight loss success stories
Frugal grocery shopping
General tips on managing a home
Vacations on a budget
Building a blog
