Keeping with our theme of “30 Whole 30 (fill in the blank) Ideas,” dessert was the next post idea we must explore! I know some Whole 30 hard core enthusiasts are against the “Sex With Pants On” concept, which is what dessert really is. A sugar fix. However, some people are going to cheat. They just are. So you may as well have an arsenal of healthy desserts to fall back on. Before you eat dessert you will want to check out our 30 Whole 30 Breakfast Ideas, 30 Whole 30 Lunch Ideas, and 30 Whole 30 Crockpot Meals. Years ago I did Whole 30 six cycles in a row. Between cycles I wanted a treat, but did not want to do anything crazy like eat cake with flour or anything else that would wreck the progress. Dessert is not something that should be indulged daily.

I really didn’t feel the need to recreate the wheel after I found these recipe lists. Take note, a lot of these recipes use the same base. Banana, dates, almonds, chocolate, avocados, cashew, and some fruits. There are not too many variations to these bases, but hundreds of thousands gastro-pleasing desserts that can be made. What are some of your favorite Whole 30 dessert recipes? -April
